Description
Does your child love rainbows, if so, this is the banner for their party? Each banner flag is 3.75 inches wide x 5 inches long and constructed of card stock paper and ribbon. The letters are white cardstock paper. Banner flags can be adjusted to make the banner length shorter or longer, I have allowed extra ribbon for hanging.
