Love this birthday banner featuring a LEGOS theme. Each flag is 3.5 inches wide and 3.5-5.25 inches long. Made from card stock paper and cord. Portions of flag are raised to add dimension. Banner flags can be adjusted to make the banner length shorter or longer, I have allowed extra cord for hanging.
