Construction birthday banner

Description

Love this birthday banner featuring a construction theme.  Each letter is 3.25 inches wide and 4 inches long.  Made from card stock paper and cord.  Banner flags can be adjusted to make the banner length shorter or longer, I have allowed extra cord for hanging.
